Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day store operations to transform corporate objectives into operational ones at a boutique level, to prepare business analysis and action plans to ensure sales targets are achieved. You will be a brand ambassador and will be required to develop an outstanding team with a clear understanding of the boutique goals and consistently deliver a customer experience in line with the organisations standard of excellence. 
As the Boutique Manager your key responsibilities will include: 
  • Business management & development
  • Meet and/ or exceed the sales targets of the boutique set by the Country Manager
  • Establish budget and track sales
  • Review monthly boutique dashboard, submit quarterly related action plan, and report on the outcome of the actions put in place
  • Review competition trends
  • Ensure each client recieves outstanding service
  • Maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service
  • Create and maintain an updated list of clientele
  • Ensure proactivity of all boutique staff members: Operational Boutique Manager, sales and support teams 

The Successful Applicant

As the Boutique Manager you will have the following requirements in order to be considered for the position:
  • Previous retail management experience within the luxury sector (watches and jewellery would be advantageous)
  • Experience within a flagship boutique is ESSENTIAL
  • Ability to motivate, cultivate and develop a team in line with the brands image
  • Strong culture and ability to interact with VIPs
  • Excellent representation of the brand inside and outside the boutique
  • Business development experience
  • Proven sales experience
  • Proven track record of networking capacities
  • Computer proficiency
