Brand Manager - Leading FMCG company!

Are you a Brand Manager looking for the next step in your career? Do you thrive in a fast paced, competitive and driven environment? This is a brilliant opportunity to become the 'owner of Brand Equity' and to be responsible for delivering specific financial growth objectives for assigned brands through the development and implementation of the annual brand plans. You'll be accountable for the development and execution of strategies for new advertising campaigns, packaging, trade and consumer promotions, and of course, for achieving great growth on your brand. Marketing within this business is challenging and rewarding, based on consumer insights and strong innovations. It is also a proven discipline to develop the future general managers in the UK and abroad.

The Successful Applicant

Based in the offices in Slough, the successful Brand Manager will be the following:
* Educated to a high standard, with successful marketing track record gained in consumer goods or OTC
* Exposure to managing TV advertised brands
* Action-oriented and passionate, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving and driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.
* Conceptual and analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
* Strong interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams
* You'll demonstrate financial and commercial acumen when identifying business issues/opportunities
* An interest and passion for entrepreneurship is critical. We want you to think outside the box
* Fluent in English with at least one other language preferred; ability to relocate internationally
