Job Description

The Interim Brand Manager will have the following responsibilities;
* Support the Senior Brand Marketing Manager in the delivery of brand advertising communications, in particular translation of the advertising campaign into in-hotel communications and internal/hotel engagement requirements, collaborating cross functionally with key departments to maximise the opportunity
* Develop and deliver consistent brand communications across all customer and employee touch-points
* Use customer insight to drive the development of brand communications which strongly communicate brand strengths, USPs and changes in products and proposition effectively
* Develop and deliver tactical advertising campaigns, including media planning and advertising creative
* Map and own the customer communications journey and develop effective tools to ensure on-brand implementation in hotels
* Own the development and delivery of F&B marketing communications to support F&B Product Manager
* Work with the Digital Marketing Team to ensure the brand is interpreted consistently online and learning is shared
* Deliver the Social Media strategy, grow our social audience and build social engagement in line with brand proposition
* Be the brand guardian, developing and keeping up to date brand guidelines which are shared across the business and with external agencies and partners
* Support the hotel network with specific brand and marketing queries or local communication requirements
* Produce award entries for key industry awards
* Manage and support direct report to build capability, skills and experience
* Identify suitable Agencies, Partners and Suppliers, leading pitches or tenders where appropriate, negotiating fees and driving delivery against SLAs
* Manage agency, supplier and partner relationships to deliver efficient and effective ways of working and maximise output
* Manage the brand budget effectively, achieving best value for money

The Successful Applicant

The Interim Brand Manager should have the following skill sets;
* A strong Marketing background, preferably from hotel, travel, retail or service brands
* A high level of practical brand marketing skills
* The ability to work with multiple agencies and partners collaboratively
* The ability to work across a broad spectrum of activity with high levels of responsibility
* Excellent organisational skills, working to plans and deadlines
* Strong Attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to work collaboratively with others at all levels of the organisation and with the customer in mind

What's on Offer

My client is offering the interim Brand manager a salary of between £40k-£45k with a £500per month car allowance on a 3-6 month contract with an opportunity for the role to turn permanent
