Our client is a well known FMCG business that can be bought in all major supermarkets. They have a large turnover of £27 million plus a year. With growth plans for this year and next they are a big player in the market.

Job Description

Responsibilities of the Brand Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Leading on digital strategy and delivery which includes managing the website, digital advertising & social media activity
  • Support the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan in close liaison with the sales & catman teams to ensure consistency in planning and direction
  • Responsibility for commercial reviews, NPD, range development and competitor analysis
  • Managing NPD projects - rationale, commercial evaluation, product & packaging, as well as the sell in to stores
  • Be the shopper marketing lead and coaching marketing assistant on implementation
  • Manage marketing spend budget
  • Evaluate the performance of all marketing initiatives on the brand
  • Manage and present the rolling brand activity calendar to ensure all activity is optimally communicated to consumers across areas

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Brand Manager will have come from an FMCG organisation. The candidate can be an ABM looking for a step up or a BM seeking a new challenge. The successful candidate will have brand marketing experience with focus on digital. The candidate could also be a specialist in digital with an understanding of brand.

The job role offers a basic salary of £37K and the package includes a company car + pension+ healthcare+ bonus + 25 days holiday.
