About Our Client

Our client is a well known food FMCG organisation based in Hertfordshire. They have huge turnover each year and growth plans are well underway for 2016. There are over 250 people working for the organisation. Our client really values their people and is keen to see them develop.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • To create brand plans in line with the brand guidelines
    • To manage the brand planning process from diagnostics through to vision and strategy
    • To champion the role of the food service brands
    • Lead near to mid term innovation pipeline development
    • Manage projects from pipeline through to implementation in market.
    • Manage pack design projects through to implementation
    • Brief Input into customer sell and launch plans
    • Support the Marketing Controller

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Brand Manager would have previously been an Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Manager or Product Manager. The candidate needs to be passionate about marketing and food. Working for a FMCG organisation is essential.
