About Our Client

Our client is a leading drinks brand in South East Asia. It is now expanding its operations outside of its traditional markets and has chosen the UK as its international base. From the UK they will be managing all overseas expansion.

Job Description

As brand marketing director you will be responsible for the following:

  • Own the Insights and brand performance tracking for the brand in international markets
  • 3 year brand plans (rolling) to deliver against segment and business growth agenda whilst maintaining shape
  • Ensuring the company is represented consistently and as relevantly as possible across the globe, including constructing and managing the brand assets
  • Develop a standout campaign for international launch as above
  • Ensure the sponsorship programme is delivered in a unique, talked about manner
  • Product Innovation pipeline development & execution
  • Brand guardian across international markets, including development and ownership of Brand Book

The Successful Applicant

It is crucial that the candidate will have experience managing global brands. However, you will be highly entrepreneurial and keen to work in a disruptive, challenger market. This does not necessarily have to be within the FMCG space.

You will have the ability to create and build entrepreneurial multichannel disruptive campaigns and be excited by the prospect of doing things differently.

You will be self sufficient and a good manager of multiple and complex projects.

You will be able to cope with challenging investors and have the communication and presentation skills to win confidence.
