About Our Client

Our client are looking to drive and develop their brand story and recognition across the Drinks Industry in order to develop increased engagement and deliver excellent customer experience for both Trade customers & consumers. They are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who is a creative thinker but can turn the creativity into a broad range of on and off line campaigns that will deliver these goals.

Job Description

The Brand Marketing Manager will work with the Business & Marketing Development Director to deliver the following:

  • Develop and execute a strong brand proposition and identity
  • Communicate this internally to ensure that all departments are fully aware of the brand identity, values and attributes.
  • Develop the Brand Marketing calendar that will increase brand presence and cement market position
  • Implement a broad range of brand campaigns across the marketing mix that will go across online, store and more general offline.
  • Develop tool-kits and guidelines for 'best practice' this will involve POS, sales tools, social media.
  • Manage all Events and PR activity building strong relationships with industry trendsetters and relevant journalists
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis on activity to ensure the brand marketing evolves with market demands.
  • Manage & track the marketing budget

The Successful Applicant

The candidate that secures the Brand Marketing Manager position will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Proven track recording in building brands and associated full mix campaigns from client or agency sectors
  • An unwavering passion for the drinks industry
  • Superb communication skills both written & verbal
  • You will enjoy working in a business with a diverse range of stakeholders that will require influence and information
  • Demonstrable creative ownership of successful marketing campaigns
  • Great Marketing project management skills
  • Strong commercially to ensure that campaigns deliver excellent ROI
  • Happy to work in West London on a daily basis.

What's on Offer

This role offers great salary between £35,000 - £45,000 depending on suitability and track record + Benefits
