Job Description

If you are a proven, established and innovative account manager then this is the role for you.

Taking on an existing portfolio of business, the Business Account Manager will be responsible for retention and development of these relationships.

The Business Account Manager will seek to add value to the customer relationship, through effective needs analysis, providing a solution that cements the relationship. As a result of detailed market analysis the Business Account Manager will proactively seek new ways meet customer requirements, engaging relevant internal stakeholders to develop new product/service innovations.

In addition, the Business Account Manager will look to proactively engage in all new business development and networking opportunities to build business opportunities.

This role is office based in Cardiff, with some travel.

The Successful Applicant

The Business Account Manager will:

  • Have a demonstrable track record in sales and relationship management and account growth
  • Have a proven track record in providing innovative solutions to customers
  • Be a self-starter, and equally strong team player
  • Be credible in negotiating with Senior Decision Makers
  • Be adaptable to change, innovation and growth
  • Be based in commuting distance of Cardiff
