About Our Client
My client is the leading business in the hire of equipment within the UK offering hires. 12 months ago they were bought buy one of the biggest equipment manufacturers in the world giving them unprecedented scope to expand.
The role of the Business Account manager will be to;
- Responsibility for ensuring and enabling the retention of existing business base.
- Delivery and pro-active management of accounts.
- Driving Customer Engagement through successful relationship building with Decision Makers & Key Influencers on site, and effective networking to further build relationships and influence.
- Identifying other customer needs, e.g. additional machines and promoting areas of the business .
- Active problem solving to enable retention and growth through successful relationship building with the customer and internally to work collaboratively where needed to achieve delivery of commercial results.
- Proactively find and gain New Business self-sourced referrals to pass to Field Sales.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following qualities
- Experience within a B2B account management role.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Good analytic skills.
- Strong planning & organisational skills.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with internal and external customers.
- Problem solving ability.
- Full & Clean Driving License.
