Job Description

  • Gathering business requirements by meeting with stakeholders to define business and functional requirements, prototypes, and training materials
  • Work collaboratively with internal customers in the planning and analysis of requirements
  • Define detailed requirements, analyses user needs and validates solutions
  • Work with client teams to define business process models
  • Retrieve and analyse data from multiple systems for trends and exceptions
  • Recommend solutions to problems based on business-specific facts

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must have

  • Previous experience as a Business or Operations Analyst
  • Worked within the insurance sector
  • Gained experience working in a business role before moving to Projects
  • Understanding of the full policy life cycle
