About Our Client
I am representing a pioneer within the Healthcare industry. The company is a undergoing a global transformation to achieve their 5 year target to double in size moving from a product centric to customer centric approach.
You will be chair of global Service Business Change and Technology programme, working with IT and business functional owners to shape, prioritise, and drive delivery of business and IT change across 9 key business functions. Programme reports at Board level.
Overall ownership of Service Projects portfolio.
Project managing delivery of a mobile field service application and aligned business process to 500 Field Service engineers globally. As well as all key IT deliverables, delivery includes business process change management, full communications/internal marketing and training programme, to ensure the solution delivers the projected project benefits
Leading pan-European initiatives across 13 Business Units to review and revise the use of Salesforce/ServiceMax in the field service environment to ensure both user and management success criteria are met. Driving business change through implementation, education, training and management of systems changes, as required
The Successful Applicant
My client is looking for a dynamic, self starting Business Change manager with 15+ years business and IT change delivery experience successfully and confidently transitioning across a range of diverse sectors. Specialising in complex global project delivery, across matrix organisations with a diverse range of stakeholders. Currently delivering solutions using ServiceMax/Salesforce through full project lifecycle.
Budget management up to Â£3 million/project organisation of 20 (including cross organisational teams).
