Business Change Project manager

The ideal person for this role will have the below key skills and experience

  • 5 years + PM experience.
  • Has worked in the professional services or legal sector so understands how to get things done in a partnership culture.
  • Successfully delivered business change projects across international organisations, from initiation through to benefits realisation.
  • Has project managed multidisciplinary project teams involving internal and external resources across multiple locations.
  • Has maintained working relationships at all levels of seniority from executive to project team members and supplier representatives.
  • Strong consulting and facilitation skills - has probably worked either as a professional or in-house consultant.
  • Has worked on a wide range of business change type of projects and has managed IT delivery.
  • Educated to degree level or similar academic credit. Relevant professional accreditation - Project Management Advanced level - (PMP / APMP / Prince 2 Practitioner).

  • Manage the firm's priority business projects, delivering to timescale and budget.
  • Apply project and well developed change management skills to help the business achieve the desired change and expected business benefits.
  • Ensuring key stakeholders are effectively engaged.
  • Provide practical project and change management guidance for colleagues.
