Job Description

Michael Page Property & Construction is growing quicker than any other PageGroup discipline by both revenue and headcount and we are now two years in to a five year aggressive expansion plan. The success of any business is built on the quality of people and with 130% headcount growth we are continually looking for the best in the industry to become part of the management succession plan. We are growing and taking market share despite the current economic climate thus are seeking to recruit exceptional individuals with the desire to build a career in a professional recruitment sales environment. Due to our meritocratic culture, within a short space of time you could be managing your own business, working in one of our international offices from Asia to the Americas or be on the road to Directorship. Despite having one of the largest and most profitable fee earner headcounts we plan to double the size of some of our business units in the next three years. As well as Business Development Consultant roles this will create many senior consultant, manager and director posts on top of planned promotions.

The Successful Applicant

You may be a graduate with a strong record of achievement in your studies or you may already have experience in a sales and or customer focused environment. You don't need to have recruitment sales experience to become a Business Development Consultant but you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship skills coupled with the determination and tenacity to succeed. Successful recruitment business development consultants come from all walks of life including, project managers, construction and property professionals, retailers, estate agents and graduates. We even have some with previous careers as actors and teachers. Everyone is different but carry a common DNA of living our values or Fun, Tenacity, Resilience, Team Work and Pride.

What's on Offer

OTE £30,000 to £60,000 within the first two years.
