About Our Client

My client are an established family business based in North London.

They manufacture high quality glazing solutions targeted at both the high end residential and commercial markets, with some prestigious projects to their name.

With the launch of a new product targeted at the high end residential market, they have experienced exciting growth and have created a new role which will seek to capitalise on the growth opportunity that this innovative new product is providing.

Job Description

This is an opportunity to "get in at the ground floor" and build a rewarding career achieving sales in excess of £1 million with commensurate commission.

No day will be the same. Based from the North London office, you will be following up on estimates, responding to marketing enquiries and visiting existing accounts and new customers from a database of regional builders.

You will additionally be required to target new business using your own initiative. Target customers will include small builders doing home extensions and refurbishments; architects; door and window installers; glaziers; and home improvement companies.

This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will spend time in the office arranging your own appointments and the rest of your time on the road in London and the surrounding Home Counties.

Training will be provided so you are competent in product knowledge and have strong market awareness, equipping you to deal with any buyer objections and helping you secure orders away from competitors.

Commission is uncapped - the more you sell, the more you will earn with unlimited potential.

  • Be competent using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

What's on Offer

Competitive basic salary based on individual background and level of experience

Uncapped commission:

Y1 OTE - £40-45,000

Y2 OTE - £60-60,000

Y3 OTE - £75-80,000

Y4 OTE - £100,000 +++
