About Our Client

Rapidly expanding Occupational Healthcare provider based in the South East.

Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, confident and proven sales professional.

Your role will cover London and South East and also include:

  • Identify and capitalise on new opportunities
  • Maintaining a pipeline using CRM software
  • Upselling services to existing portfolio of accounts
  • Meet with existing clients face to face
  • Successfully negotiate contracts with customers utilising strong commercial acumen to maximise the success of the business
  • Follow up leads from
    • Marketing campaigns
    • Advertising
  • Create full proposals
  • Close and agreed quota of business on an annual basis

The Successful Applicant

Critical to the success of this role you will have the below:

  • Proven track record in a competitive service led sales environment.
  • Understanding of or track record in Occupational Healthcare market an advantage.
  • Knowledge and understanding of process selling into C-suite clients.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with excellent attitude and great work ethic.
  • Excellent sales skills and sound technical ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A consultative approach to selling.
  • The ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation.
  • Full UK driving licence.

What's on Offer

Basic salary: £60,000 to £70,000 dependant on experience. Bonus plan, company car allowance, pension and life insurance.
