About Our Client

Established in 2011 my client have been very successful within the market and are looking to double their turnover by next year. Due to expansion they are looking to appoint an Business Development Executive to be based out of their head quarters in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business with the view to progress within the organisation. They provide excellent training, have shown 30% growth year on year and have a very progressive nature within their organisation.

Job Description

The successful Business Development Executive will be the face of the company for your client base. You will be responsible for building rapport with existing clients whilst identifying new sales opportunities within your area. The real of the business is that of a close knit/Family feel, work hard play hard and generally a fun environment to carve a career in.

All Candidates must have:

  • Experience within Account management
  • The ability to demonstrate gravitas in front of your client base
  • Ability to instantly create rapport and confidence with people for all backgrounds
  • Ability to present and close business in front of various stakeholders
  • An understanding of selling B2B and working with businesses from diverse sectors
  • A self starter who can generate new business and account manage
  • Team player who is keen to progress and grow within an organisation



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be driven, full of energy and polished in a client facing capacity. You will want to thrive within a sales environment and be driven by targets/ output in order to hit some superb commission on a monthly basis.

What's on Offer

On offer is a salary range of £30,000- £40,000 basic DOE plus uncapped commission
