About Our Client

Our client are a market leading property consultancy business who are looking for a business development executive to join the team in Bristol to support business development specifically in Bristol and Exeter.

Job Description

  • Support with the planning and managing of new business development initiatives. This involves working with Business Development and Regional Marketing Managers to support go-to-market strategies.



  • Working with public sector and other divisions supporting the development of value propositions for targeted clients and identify new opportunities.



  • Produce Client Account Plans for prospects, and track/monitor actions of Account Managers.



  • Researching potential target clients in-line with divisional business plans and researching to understand business need and business trends.



  • Support Business Development team with the preparation of appropriate collateral to support initiatives.



  • Support the Client Director with the Key Client Management programme.



  • Support and help Bid Managers within the national bid team to complete and deliver all bid related tasks in the South West.
