Job Description

Reporting directly into the Regional Sales Manager, the role of the Business Development Executive is designed to increase new business:

  • Targeted Cold Calling Activity
  • Networking through current strategic partnership agreements including but not limited to Contract Caterers and National Account Framework Agreements
  • Cold Tele-appointing
  • Maximising client relationships and gaining referral/recommendation opportunities
  • Gaining maximum profitability from our investment in Free On Loan Machine assets
  • Lead sharing activity with key vending allies
  • Maximise Inbound and telesales (company provided) Leads to ensure target conversion levels are met

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Business Development Executive will ideally come from a B2B Business Development Manager/Field Sales role where a consultative/solution lead sales structure has been adopted. They will need to possess outstanding verbal, written and presenting skills, have the ability to build quick rapport and be used to working to realistic, challenging but rewarding targets.

What's on Offer

£25,000 to £32,000 + Company car fully expensed + laptop + £4 a day lunch allowance + iPad + Pension + Healthcare.
