  • My client are a major building products manufacturer with multiple divisions and product lines.
  • They pride themselves on innovation and have recently launched an exciting new product range.
  • This product range is being marketed and sold through specification targeting Regional Developers and Specifiers in London and the South East.



Job Description

The role will involve approaching the market in a sophisticated manner to offer s solution-focused sell.

Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Market development of a new product, identifying opportunities to maximise project pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Regional house builder creation - proactively seeking out regional house builders, arranging meetings with key contacts and articulating a value proposition, which in turn creates a path to secure future sustainable business.
  • Case study development - working in a collaborative manner with clients to create a portfolio demonstrating product use and capabilities.



This role will require an entrepreneurial approach. You will be required to think differently explaining the benefits of how my clients innovation can benefit clients and their customers.

The Successful Applicant

  • The candidate will be experienced selling to developers and will have a sound technical knowledge ability centred around internal building products.
  • Able to plan your own diary and manage this effectively.
  • No formal qualifications are required.
