Our client is a market leading telematics provider.

Job Description



This role is 100% New Business.

Targeting organisations with a fleet of up to 50 vehicles, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for building solid relationships and converting sales to ensure the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company KPIs, vision and values.

The Business Development Manager will establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the opportunity area and train and develop consistently for continuous improvement.

This role is field based, and working from home covering the South West and South Wales.

The Successful Applicant



The Business Development Manager will:

  • Have a proven track record in new business development
  • Have a proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Have excellent negotiation skills
  • Be able to manage short and longer sales cycles
  • Be activity driven
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Be IT and CRM Literate
