About Our Client

My client have a fantastic opportunity for successful telesales executives to join their team and progress through a training plan with the view of being fully field based within 12 months.

Based in Hertford my client are a successful and well established office services and supplies company with a modern outlook and a fresh approach to business. They are going from strength to strength and are looking to expand their team.

Job Description

Starting in the sales team, your role will be office based, dealing with inbound and outbound calls, learning about the extensive product/services portfolio and the types of enquiries coming in from their substantial customer base.

Once confident you will begin booking your own appointments to attend with a Sales Manager, after 6 months you will be looking at spending 2-3 days out on the field with your mentor. From here on in it will grow, you will build your own customer base, start attending meetings alone and eventually be fully operational out on the field with your own customer portfolio.

The Successful Applicant

My client is looking for someone with solid and successful telesales experience, preferably with some customer facing experience too. You will be likeable and ambitious, keen to work hard and develop your own career.

What's on Offer

A generous salary of up to £24,000 plus bonus is on offer, dependant on experience.
