About Our Client

My client is a regional SME looking to significantly expand with an ambitious growth plan focused around the South East.

Job Description

  • You will be targeting Facilities Management companies, End Users, Consultants, Contractors and Architects.
  • This will be a dual role:
    • Gaining modernisation contracts on existing lifts.
    • Specifying lifts for new projects.
  • You will be responsible for managing the full specification sales cycle.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers in line with what will be long sales cycles.
  • The role is focused on new business development. The customers you bring on board will be yours to manage and maintain.
  • You will have a number of existing customers and specifications provided to you, however, this will serve as the starting point for building your customer portfolio and sales pipeline.

The Successful Applicant


  • You will have experience working in lift maintenance and modernisation.
  • You will be well connected so you are able to hit the ground running.
  • You will have a detailed knowledge of the specification sales cycle and the patience to see specifications to fruition.


  • You will be confident and have an insatiable drive and determination to succeed.
  • You will be resilient and fully able to continue working hard, even when things don't seem to be going your way.

What's on Offer

  • £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
