Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be working with senior stakeholders within the NHS to identify potential sales opportunities through gaining an insight into their operations around staffing solutions. You will be involved in high level discussions and presentations to clients and work with the internal team by drafting bid response answers. This is a pivotal role for the organisation in maximising sales and becoming an instrumental figure in growing the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

The Business Development Manager will have:-

-Experience of selling into the NHS, demonstrating an understanding of a solutions sales, consultative approach.

-Management consultancy experience.

- Preferably has workforce planning experience.

- Strong interpersonal skills in building client relationships.

- A strong sales background and understanding clients business strategy, drivers and priorities.

-Able to travel nationally, predominantly across London.

What's on Offer

Basic Salary £45,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience
