The company concentrates on the automotive sector and works with leading dealership groups, vehicle car hire groups and car manufacturers on a national basis. Our core activities concentrate on the following business streams:

  • Vehicle Preparation and professional Car Valeting services
  • Vehicle Imaging services

Job Description

A role of this nature encompasses numerous tasks in order to successfully fulfill the job requirements and a flexible approach is required. Listed below, but not limited to, are some of the tasks:

Core Sales Activities

  • To provide the leadership / ownership in developing and implementing sales initiatives that will attract new customers and support the retention / growth of current customers in the region and the business as a whole.
  • To develop key account plans for new customers that will promote profitable business growth.
  • To lead and focus on implementation of successful sales and marketing plans for the region and service products - including specific communication / PR initiatives.
  • To effectively use the Company CRM system (Access CRM) and assist in it's on-going development to provide an efficient and effective platform.
  • To have the capability to prepare, produce and present service solutions via proposals, costings, digital and other methods.

The Successful Applicant

Several years of experience of working in the automotive dealership or associated environments.

Several years of experience working in a dynamic sales environment with a high "field sales / national account" content is essential.

Experienced in lead generation activities using telesales and digital methods

Experienced in using a modern CRM system for pipeline and key account management.

Will have experience of working with a large £multi-million business, sales structures, processes and systems.
