Job Description

The main purpose of the Business Development Manager role will be:

  • To identify and pursue new customers.
  • Manage the profitable integration of new customers and business.
  • Manage all internal and external account activity once a customer or new project has landed.
  • To provide direction to Sales Office colleagues.
  • Manage Key Accounts.
  • Complete tenders.

The role will report into the New Business Development Director.

The Successful Applicant

The Business Development Manager should have the following background:

  • Demonstrable new business development success.
  • Experience selling into retail sector.
  • Consutlative sales approach.
