About Our Client

My Client offers a range of Business Services that is sold into Vertical markets, dealing with a mixture of SMEs and corporate organisations.

Job Description

Actively manage the BD pipeline, taking responsibility for initiating contact with cold targets and ensuring contact is maintained through the pipeline, helping partners cultivate target relationships and develop action oriented targeting plans

Manage the regional BD team of two BD Executives and one BD co-ordinator

Coach partners and managers through the business development cycle and help motivate and drive positive behaviours, acting as a sounding board for live opportunities

Assist with national and regional marketing and business development projects as required

Project manage high value tenders and provide strategic input and advice on other tenders

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate will have:

Ideally managed a Field Sales Team

Must have Business Development experience in a Business Services or Professional Services sector to be considered

Management experience and is able to target new business opportunities
