Job Description

Key responsibilities:

- Monitor and drive performance improvement

- Lead service reviews

- Review policy and processes

- Implement changes to enhance the service delivered to customers

- Provide strong leadership to the rest of the team

The Successful Applicant

What we're looking for:

- Social Housing experience (potentially in an operational role), as well as an awareness of ongoing policy changes

- A background in project management

- Performance bench marking and reporting experience

- Someone who has previously written policy and procedure

- Excellent communications skills
