Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • To plan and assist with the delivery of projects that promote a range of lean tools and standardised approaches
  • Undertake reviews - to understand performance and issues in key areas and inform the choice and prioritisation of improvement activities
  • Run workshops promoting and explaining these practices, thus increasing stakeholder buy-in
  • Measure, evaluate and report on business project outcomes
  • Seek out new areas for continuous improvement through analysis of data, benchmarking of best practice, external research

The Successful Applicant

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in service/business improvement, process improvement and benefits realisation
  • An understanding of LEAN principles
  • Someone who has worked on both business and IT projects
  • Experience running workshops

What's on Offer

Central London - £40k pro rata - 6 months (maternity cover)
