The Business Process Analyst will apply business analysis expertise to the re-engineering of an aligned set of sub-processes within one business process area (e.g. Marketing, Customer Engagement, Commercial Operations, BI etc.). They will work with the Business Stakeholders and the Business Process Partner to identify and progress opportunities to improve the business process and performance through optimal use of IT to meet the key business objectives.

The Business Process Analyst will maintain a detailed understanding of the sub-processes and associated IT services with an appreciation of the variation, opportunities or deficiencies of the existing environment. They will be an active member of the IT Fitness Programme, representing their process areas across the various IT groups.

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidates will come from a strong background in FMCG, Retail or similar Consumer-lead work history and need to be customer-facing, technical and possess a superb understanding of the retail and consumer space.

Other prerequisites include the following:

  • Degree and/or relevant (e.g. R&D, Commercial, Corporate, GMS) experience in a major global IT organisation
  • Track record in successful IT business analysis, solution design, programme and project delivery, and service management
  • Track record in delivering business impact through process and IT-enabled solutions
  • Experience of vendor management, in particular IT/BPO outsourcing
  • Excellent relationship management, strong influencing and communication skills at senior level
  • Deep content knowledge of relevant process areas (processes and applications)

What's on Offer

My client is offering up to £60,000 base salary, a £5,000 car allowance, a bonus up to 35% and other excellent benefits.
