About Our Client

Our client are a leading Utilities organisation with a UK wide presence.

Job Description

Our client are undergoing a period of ongoing change and due to this are looking to bring on board a Business Process Consultant to look after a number of different process within the organisation.

The role will include;

* Updating and and defining multiple processes around the business including:

- Order to Cash (O2C)

- Trouble to Resolve (T2R)

- Concept to Market (C2M)

* Reviewing existing sub-processes, policies and procedures and mapping to one of the key business processes.

* Identifing missing processes, policies or procedures and develop and implement these.

The Successful Applicant

Desired experience;

* Lean/Six Sigma.

* Experience withing Utilities or Logistics industries.

* Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas and solutions.

* A strong academic and continuing professional development record, and ideally a strong university background or a management qualification.

* Project Management (agile/ waterfall)
