Rapidly growing FMCG based in Hampshire are looking for a buyer to join the team due to growth. Working with international suppliers and supplier some major businesses across the globe.

Job Description

The role:

  • Purchase items at the lowest ultimate price
  • Provide uninterrupted flow of Materials
  • Deliver a Sustainable Profitable Growth
  • Effective communication lines with external suppliers maintained
  • Liaise through cross functional teams to ensure appropriate purchasing standards, quality and value added
  • Manage/develop suppliers and mitigate risk (Implement risk/event management tools)
  • Explore and develop alternative suppliers
  • Promote visibility and transparency across the supply chain
  • Accurate prophet data
  • Management of the day to day account as necessary with the help of Sales Admin team.
  • Managing the costumer plans covering volumes, sales plans, ranges, packaging, samples.
