About Our Client

My client is an award winning business based in Shropshire. This is an omni channel business looking to grow their teams, so the candidate can focus on a previously untapped sector

Job Description

Manage and develop online product ranges to deliver profitable business growth

Identify and meet suitable suppliers/manufacturers, including attending UK and international trade shows

Build/manage new and existing supplier relationships

Negotiate contracts, prices, quantities as well as other aspects of supplier accounts

The Successful Applicant

Has the ability to understand the needs of our customers

Has a commercial eye to identify gaps in the range and identify new market opportunities

Be a self-starter with good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines

Ambitious to deliver outstanding results with a track record of delivering extraordinary results

Confident negotiator and able to develop professional relationships

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A background in the product ranges is not necessary but previous retail buying/trading/product selection experience is desirable

Experience of importing and own brand development welcomed.
