About Our Client

Market leading leisure brand based in Hertfordshire, within commutable distance from St. Albans, Watford, Hatfield, Enfield, Barnet, Welwyn, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Stevenage, Hertford, Potters Bar. My client is an exciting premium brand with presence across Europe. My client are looking to grow and in turn have grown the size of their marketing department significantly this year with a big re-brand project in hand.

Job Description

The main aspect of the campaign manager role looks at on and offline campaigns from a strategic and operational level. This role involves travel and the ideal person will be able to work autonomously. The main aspects of the role are outlined below;

  • To manage and deliver marketing plans to support the sites across the UK and Ireland.
  • Responsible for managing, liaising and signing off of all collateral for monthly campaigns both on and offline.
  • To work with digital team to ensure monthly acquisition campaigns reflected effectively and consistently across all digital platforms.
  • To manage and develop creative concepts.
  • Agency management.
  • To work with Research/Insight team to effectively target prospective customers.
  • To ensure tracking process in place for all campaigns in order for post campaign review and analysis.
  • Responsible for managing and delivering local tactical campaigns.
  • To monitor, track and report on competitor activity.
  • To work with the sales team to manage and deliver corporate marketing plan.
  • To manage database marketing to effectively target lapsed customers.
  • To manage a Marketing Executive including coaching and development.

The Successful Applicant

The successful campaign manager will preferably be/have;

  • Degree qualified and or hold marketing qualifications.
  • Proven success of delivering successful multi channel "direct response" marketing campaigns to time and budget.
  • Agency briefing and management experience (creative and fulfilment).
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Experience of managing, coaching and developing direct reports.

What's on Offer

Salary is between £38,000 and £43,000 depending on experience.
