About Our Client

The successful candidate will be developing, co-ordinating and delivering customer-focused campaigns across a range of advertising and direct channels to generate new and repeat instructions for senior management and stakeholders - both internal and external.

Job Description

Duties to include:

  • Develop, deliver and oversee all marketing programs and campaigns
  • Secure briefings from internal businesses for marketing campaigns
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external departments to execute the planned marketing campaigns based on approved briefs and budgets
  • Engage with internal compliance departments for approval on all marketing campaigns, collateral materials and copy
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Deliver optimum targeting and ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to set objectives and to develop and execute business plans to achieve them
  • Develop appropriate messages and communications to support the business development activity
  • Establish excellent working relationships
  • Work closely with agencies on a day to day basis to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience

The Successful Applicant

  • Graduate calibre with relevant academic or vocational qualifications at this level
  • Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in marketing campaign design, campaign execution, and post-campaign analytics - both B2B and B2C, across multiple channels
  • Proven ability to analyse campaign ROI and the impact on market position
  • Experience in agency management - advertising agency, PR agency, and digital agency
  • Knowledge of sound marketing and communications techniques and skills
  • Highly creative and proactive with a proven track record for delivering results
  • Strong computer systems literacy (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, database and email marketing packages)
  • Strong, effective communication skills, particularly written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and good proof reading skills to ensure accuracy of copyrighting
  • Strong brand focus including brand development and brand management and sound creative judgement
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Commercial outlook gained through relevant experience
  • Team player with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent listening skills coupled with the confidence, tact and ability to challenge, question and persuade others
  • The competence to initiate and manage campaigns involving people at all levels and with different aims.
  • Professional in attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Motivated with a high level of initiative and persistence
  • Ability to manage tight and overlapping deadlines, in a pressurised environment
