Job Description

As Campaign Marketing Executive - Financial Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare detailed and inspirational campaign briefs to deliver to marketing planning requirements and business needs
  • Brief and work with Group CRM team to execute Campaigns and Programmes, including basic measurement and reporting back of the results of activity.
  • Drive all Campaign activity through the marketing creative, production machine, and the media gateways on behalf of the division
  • Work with the insight team to ensure learning from consumer/customer research is incorporated, where appropriate, into business briefs and campaign/activity development. Brief in new insight requests as appropriate
  • Able to manage a large number of projects and deliver a number of tasks simultaneously
  • Drive continuous improvement in the effectiveness of the marketing activity
  • Ensure that all programmes and activities relating to campaigns meet all regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements, having due regard for relevant statutory authorities and requirements - e.g. FCA, OFT, Consumer Credit Act

The Successful Applicant

To be suitable for this Campaign Marketing Executive - Financial Services position you will need:

  • Marketing in a regulated consumer environment
  • Influencing and working with external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a partnership environment
  • creating and briefing marketing campaigns in a competitive environment for customer acquisition, retention and cross-sales
  • delivering multi-channel marketing plans (online and offline) including delivery to agreed targets and budgets
  • Understanding of key direct marketing techniques, customer data analysis and segmentation with good knowledge of on-line conversion and ROI metrics
  • Good working knowledge of legal/regulatory and compliance issues and requirements
  • Access to the office in Basingstoke with one day per week in the London office
