Job Description

As Campaign Planning Analyst, you will sit within the CRM department and report into the CRM Manager. The main purpose for the Campaign planning analyst will be working with Adobe Campaign Manager, using a targeted approach to select customer and prospects and receive specific marketing communications. The Analyst will be required to produce and share timely ROI measurement of campaigns and promote it's use in future campaigns.

Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage and report on email campaigns and tests.
  • Report and produce comparisons based of weekly/yearly movements of email and loyalty penetration.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders and third party agencies to execute marketing activity.
  • Set up campaign planning meetings
  • Produce weekly campaign performance reports, and monitor campaign to ensure activity is optimised
  • Lead quarterly campaign performance presentations to stakeholders
  • Loyalty campaign selection and maintenance of automated selections
  • Data quality reporting

The Successful Applicant

To be successful as a Campaign Planning Analyst for my client, you will have good attitude to completing tasks, and thrive on new challenges presented. The skills and experience required in order to be considered for this role are:

  • Experience with Adobe Campaign Manager - Desired but not essential
  • Be fully skilled in using Campaign Management/CRM applications, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience of detailed and involved processes and practices
  • Capability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent in communication - written and verbal
  • Degree education - or equivalent

What's on Offer

As Campaign Planning Analyst, my client will offer you a generous basic pro-rata salary up to £32,000.
