About Our Client
My client is a leading distribution business with a global presence and a large office based in Leeds.
As a Carrier Manager you will be required to manage the carrier contracts through out the region as well as manage the tendering process.
You must develop strong working relationships with both 3PL and internal stake holders, you will be a key individual in the client facing part of the business.
Your duties will include
Cost Management of SLA's
Implement logistics improvement plans.
Develop Kpi's on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
The Successful Applicant
An ideal candidate will have significant experience of managing multi- million pound contracts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Exposure to working in a large multi-national supply chain is desirable.
