Job Description

  • Demand analysis and supply market analysis
  • Creation of the sourcing strategy
  • Identify strategic areas for improvement
  • Drive cost focused strategy for MRO spend area
  • Execute sourcing strategy, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations, risk management and contract execution
  • Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, conduct pricing audits and impact analysis in the pursuit of continuous cost improvements
  • Identify and resolve strategic supplier performance issues to ensure customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Professional Qualifications CPSM, CIPS, 6Sigma are a plus
  • Deep MRO expertise
  • Proven experience in supporting the design and execution of sourcing strategies that consistently deliver measurable bottom line cost savings
  • Proven track record in influencing sourcing decisions within these specialist spend categories
  • Fluent English is essential, other European languages (German or Scandinavian language) are useful

What's on Offer

6 months fixed term contract with competitive salary. For the right candidate there may be an opportunity to extend on a permanent basis.
