About Our Client

My client is a highly respected and well established financial services provider with an international footprint.

Job Description

The CFO will have full responsibility for the UK P&L, presenting to the UK Board on the financial performance of the business.

They will manage and lead a mid sized finance team, including having responsibility for financial control, compliance, financial planning and analysis and producing the strategic plan.

The CFO will also be responsible for delivering all Audit and Compliance obligations, and adding value to drive profit within the business.

The Successful Applicant

  • You will have a proven track record of operating as a Finance Director / CFO who has run a finance function for a complex, regulated organisation.
  • Broad generalist skill set with a strong understanding of financial control and commercial business partnering.
  • Full understanding of Financial Services regulatory environment.
  • You will be an excellent people manager with strong leadership skills.
  • Proven influencing skills and stakeholder manager at board level.
