Job Description

As Channel Manager you will responsible for building and maintaining lasting relationships with Travel Management Businesses out of major UK airports (Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh)

Your duties will include, but not be limited to

  • Targeting accounts based on potential, likely profitability & probability of success and prioritize time on the opportunities to maximize results. Maintains a sales funnel with opportunities to maximize productivity over the course of the year
  • Identifying key account decision makers and influencers. Understands the customer's decision making process and identifies each key decision maker's individual issues and wins. Assesses the competitive landscape within the account.
  • Setting account objectives and establish a plan for achieving objectives through Sales Hub
  • Defining the customer agreement and commitment sought for each call and develop supporting materials and leverages analytic insight to achieve the call objective.
  • Understanding the account segmentation strategy and customer profiles.

The Successful Applicant

As Channel Manager you will be able to demonstrate a track recording in building and maintaining lasting relationships with corporate customers. Those with experience within the travel industry will be at an advantage.

You will also be able to demonstrate the below skills

  • Excellent territory and account planning that balances potential and achievability
  • Ability to accurately diagnose known and unknown account business needs and translate them into opportunities and appropriate offerings
  • Strong understanding of business commercial acumen, including the ability to strategically solve complex issues
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proven creative problem solving, with strong analytical and quantitative skills

What's on Offer

Up to £42,000 depending on experience plus superb benefits package.
