About Our Client

Our client is a new and innovative timeshare / vacation ownership organization. They are embarking on a period of rapid growth and need to hire a Chief Sales Officer to help support this.

Job Description

We are looking for someone to manage the following:

  • Marketing and lead generation
  • Management of the sales team
  • Development and training of the sales team
  • Introduction of process and structure
  • Delivery of stretching sales targets
  • Manage exceptional customer service
  • Deliver in a tough environment

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director or VP who has a strong track record in the vacation ownership market.



You must have a track record of delivery in the timeshare / vacation ownership industry.
