Our client are a dynamic care group who are delivering a new approach to care through England, Scotland and the Channel Islands.

Job Description

As Client relationship manager you will work from the Westbury or Salisbury care home depending on where you are located.

In this role you will be targeted on increasing the amount of residents at the care home you are located.

Organise a networking & community outreach programme in order to generate leads & visits.

As a Client Relationship manager you will be responsible for developing a list of local healthcare professional, commissioning and community contacts.

Analysis of enquiries to understand stage in decision-making process and to implement professional follow up.

Submit reports to Sales and Marketing Director and Ops Director as necessary.

Carry out Environmental checks on vacant rooms and communal areas of the home ensuring they meet our client's standards.

The Successful Applicant

Enthusiasm for the Care Industry.

A background in the Care Industry is advantageous.




A background in sales is desirable.

A background in Leisure or Hospitality is also advantageous.

What's on Offer

£30,000 basic with 30% Bonus and Full Allowance.
