Job Description

Client Relationship Manager based in Derbyshire

Manage and coordinate a portfolio of programmes and projects from inception through to delivery

Research, identify, implement and drive forward new initiatives

Design and implement internal processes including reporting, communication channels and establishing ways of working with all stakeholders involved and contract clear accountabilities

Ensure excellency in the delivery of all projects ensuring it is aligned in achieving the department strategy

Ensure that projects and programmes meet the agreed plan and stakeholder needs

Produce compelling, persuasive and robust external funding submissions

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, whilst identifying opportunities to maximise and build upon relationships and grow revenue sales

Provide advice, guidance and support ensuring that you are up to date with relevant macro/micro economic trends both in retail and vocational skills

Attend stakeholder meetings as and when required and manage specific allocated accounts

The Successful Applicant

Client Relationship Manager based in Derbyshire

You will be a self-starter, with the ability to effectively use your own initiative to positively overcome challenges, resolve problems without little instruction to generate results

You will be able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, react positively to an ever changing range of challenges to ensure the successful delivery of the objectives of multiple projects to deadlines and to budget

You will be approachable and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at any level including senior/board members

You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to be able to visualise, articulate, conceptualise, put forward and implement well thought out and valuable suggestions/ decisions
