Job Description

The Key responsibilities of the Client Reporting Administrator are;

  • Client relationship management
  • Liaising with front and back office departments, Actuarial, finance and overseas offices
  • Checking and validating month end data
  • Production of monthly valuations, currency and benchmark analysis
  • Production of client fees
  • Production of periodic investment reports to agreed formats
  • Preparing stock transfer instructions, managing client take on/offs
  • Daily cash management, effecting cash payments
  • Review and monitor cash and stock reconciliation exceptions
  • Continually monitor and improve where necessary, the processes, controls and procedures associated with the role
  • Adhoc queries

The Successful Applicant

The successful Client Reporting Administrator candidate should have;

  • Logical and analytical approach, highly numerate
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel
  • Inquisitive attitude with a drive to understand products, processes and deliverables
  • Proven record of developing strong working relationships
  • Proven ability in liaising with senior managers effectively
  • Threshold competent (IMC, IAQ)
  • Good working knowledge of fixed income assets and derivatives
  • Broad understanding of Investment Operations (Cash and Stock Settlements, Income, Corporate Actions and Reconciliations)
  • Have performed in a previous Client reporting role
  • Intermediate Word
  • Experience of using Bloomberg (eg BXT, security specific and index information)
