Job Description

The Client Reporting Associate will;

  • Accurate and timely production of the team's regular monthly and quarterly Client Reporting requirements
  • Ensure that queries are investigated appropriately and resolved satisfactorily within specified timeframes
  • Attend regular pre-meets with Client Directors, Solution Specialists, and others where fast-paced changing requirements must be understood and acted upon by tight deadlines
  • Gain an understanding of the underlying LDI and Fixed Income portfolios and strategies that are being reported on, as a way to better understand and communicate reporting requirements
  • Pro-active analysis and monitoring of current and new data requirements; making sure to communicate this to the Senior and Head of the team
  • Please note this list is not exhaustive and you will be required to undertake further tasks in order to ensure business needs are met

The Successful Applicant

The Client Reporting Associate will have;

  • Experience of regular and high volume reporting [client reporting not necessary] ideally gained within an Asset Manager
  • Knowledge of segregated LDI along with some knowledge of OTC derivatives helpful, but not required. Knowledge of Fixed Income desired
  • Demonstrated understanding of risk management issues affecting role/organisation
  • Strong client relationship management/development skills
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, proven ability to multi task and prioritise
  • Proactive and flexible approach, an individual who will use their skills and experience to fully develop the role
  • Operates with professionalism, honesty and integrity at all times
  • Strong systems skills to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Educated to University Degree level required
  • CFA Level 1 ideal
  • Financial Services Experience
