Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

  • Provide support, intelligence, connections and networking opportunities to members
  • Aid in the acquisition of new members
  • Manage renewals of existing members
  • Organise and manage membership events
  • Liaise with membership service providers
  • Liaise with the website management and site content administrator
  • Manage all social media in line with PR & Website campaigns
  • Report weekly on membership KPI's
  • Attend Campden Wealth events

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • The ideal candidate needs to be innovative and creative and will be joining an established media business in Central London.
  • You will be required to manage existing memberships.
  • Confident in driving new member acquisition meetings.
  • Drive forward new value deliverables for members.
  • Implement weekly mail shot campaigns.
  • Work closely with member Service providers.
  • Implement new member acquisition tools.
  • Will be familiar with Salesforce.
  • Reporting weekly to the Department Head.
  • Responsible for keeping to an agreed budget.

Member Servicing

  • Responsible for production, logistics and content for all events.
  • Will facilitate member introductions on a global scale.
  • Will implement a marketing strategy for the membership.
  • Build and update member profiles.
  • Distribute research, publications and data to members.
  • Manage membership renewals in accordance with set goals.
  • Where possible meet with speakers and thought leaders who may engage with the membership.
  • Update all member details onto Salesforce.
  • Ensure compliance with best business practice.

Member Acquisition

  • Proactively call families and private investors arranging meetings and setting up calls.
  • Actively engage with families and PI at all Campden Wealth events.
  • Internally promote the membership acquisition targets.
  • Aid and support internal acquisition processes.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a highly motivated Client Services Manager, who has proven experience of membership management with the ability to communicate and service high level individuals and families. A proactive approach is a key for this candidate to excel in the role. Business development or sales experience would be preferable. The chosen candidate will be used to working above and beyond the set hours of work practice if required - and ideally have a degree.

  • Negotiable Base salary c. £30-40,000 on Base, £60,000 OTE first-year
