My client is a leading outsourced provider to the Charity industry.

Job Description

The Client Services Manager's key responsibilities include:

  • Overall management of a team of approximately 15 FTE's - direct management of a team of Account Directors
  • Where necessary, support the recruitment and training of the team whilst ensuring departmental compliance with training
  • Accountable for the client sales experience and for service excellence
  • Established a customer service attitude with associated client satisfaction programme
  • continually review and refine internal procedure and work flows to ensure teams are effective, efficient and client focused
  • Create clear handover processes between the department and other teams
  • Act as a escalation point for Account Directors and Clients

The Client Services Manager will:

  • Have a proven ability to lead high performance teams to deliver the highest standards
  • Have in-depth knowledge of employee engagement
  • Strong team leadership background
  • Proven background in delivering customer excellence
  • Demonstrable success in service delivery management
  • Have a background in project management, process improvement and campaign management
  • Be an effective communicator
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Have a background managing teams of up to 20 people with evidence of positive staff engagement
  • Have excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Have outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Be autonomous
  • Be a strategic thinker
  • Be time efficient

This role is office based, near Bath.
