Job Description

We are offering one exceptional candidate the chance to be a Warehouse Co-Pack Manager to run the day to day operation to maximise the performance by directing the daily, weekly and monthly activities; providing leadership, motivation, training and development of the workforce, executing against customer requirements, operational performance and a great place to work. Managing the customer relationships to ensure customer service standards are achieved and continuously improved. Accountability for contract financials (budgets, PL, revenue streams, costs, productivity, etc) and supporting strategic growth to .- Tactical manage the operation to maximise performance- Support growth of co-pack through current and new business opportunities- Ensure effective communication processes are established and maintained for both external/internal customers, with an emphasis on collaboration across departments within the business- Developing and implementing co-pack best practice through the use of continuous improvement, First Choice methodology and lean manufacturing processes- Accountability of co-pack KPIs to be reported weekly in to National Co-Pack Manager- Project Management as appropriate - Ensure the Co-Pack area is a safe place to work at all times.
