They specialise in consumer products for the garden market including pesticides and herbicides.

Job Description

You will be responsible for managing an international distribution channel alongside driving own label sales of a new and exciting product.

The primary focus is to leverage sales in current markets and assisting in determining the best partners to expand in other European markets. This role would be the primary day to day contact for current customers and would operate in that capacity as they expand presence in other areas.

Become the primary contact for their International distribution network learning about their overall business and determining what other brands may make sense in their markets. .

Develop goals/strategies/tactics for key accounts that complement the business units' missions/strategies/tactics. Include plan for price/program/listings (primary/secondary) and action steps

The Successful Applicant

You will already be an experienced Account Manager with the ability to adapt to a very varied client base whilst looking for opportunities to develop your product into new markets.

Preference will be given to those candidates with a track record of international and or export sales with an understanding of a distribution channel.

Private label and own label exposure is important as well as understanding the power of a brand.

Any interest or experience in the garden or agriculture market is an advantage.

Reporting directly into the Sales and Marketing director of this division, you will create strong internal relationships with the marketing teams and supply chain divisions.
