My Client has a global presence with key growth plans in Birmingham. They are looking at investing strongly in the Commercial Side of the Business, so this is therefore an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing team helping develop strategic growth plans.

Job Description

This newly developed Commercial Business Partner role is required in Birmingham to help provide advice for commercial decisions and company growth. Reporting directly to the board, the successful candidate requires clear communication skills and the ability to articulate their findings effectively.
The main roles and responsibilities:
* Analysis of markets the business should target to maximise growth opportunities
* Analysis of sales trends translated to meaningful information to be used to drive business performance
* Analysis of current offers against consumer trends to identify areas for sales growth
* Analysis from customer and commercial insight to drive sales, service levels and profitability

The Successful Applicant

Commercial Business Partner requirements:
* Minimum 5 Years PQE - ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
* Commercial experience in Financial Services
* Innovative Thinker
* Self Starter and Motivated to make a difference
* Key Stakeholder management
